The design for Open Structure is heavily inspired by 70’s post-modern graphic design and most importantly the exhibition’s main theme: breaking beyond boundaries in anarchical way. A custom typeface was built using a grid, the base of which would be able to be used and modified for other exhibitions. A simple, typographical approach can be seen in the final work, using minimal to no graphics and one accent colour.
